For a data protection solution to be truly secure, it must start in the hardware, before the software. That is exactly where we work.

The eBilge R&D team treats security not as a software add-on, but as a core design principle embedded into the product's silicon layer. When encryption runs on a separate hardware layer, independent of the operating system, any attacker seeking the data faces a far stronger barrier.

We design, prototype and test our own encryption architecture. From circuit design to firmware verification, from physical durability tests to misuse scenarios, every stage is carried out in our own laboratory by our own engineers.

Questions on your mind

If I forget my password, can I still access my data?

Thanks to the multi-password structure, an administrator can reset a user password or define a one-time recovery password. However, if all password rights are exhausted due to abuse protection, the drive permanently erases the data as a security measure.

Which operating systems is it compatible with?

It is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux; it supports NTFS, FAT32, APFS and ext2 / ext3 / ext4 file systems.

How does the encryption work?

Encryption happens directly in hardware, not in software. Data is encrypted in real time with XTS-AES 256-bit, and the keys are stored in an isolated, secure hardware component.

Is my data safe if the drive is stolen?

Yes. The data cannot be accessed without the password. Consecutive failed password attempts lock the drive and the abuse protection erases the data; in addition, the durable design makes physical attacks more difficult.
